New Zealand and Tahiti join forces

NZ Marine’s inaugural Tahiti-New Zealand Networking event last month took the New Zealand superyacht industry to the heart of the South Pacific cruising season.

The Superyacht New Zealand team was onsite at NZ Marine's Tahiti-New Zealand Networking event, which was held at L’Instant Present Restaurant at Marina Taina on Friday 21 July 2023 5pm-7.30pm.

With representatives from across the industry; from shipyards to agents, it was an excellent opportunity for yachts in French Polynesia to refine plans for their New Zealand cruising season.

Details ranged from the facilities available for refit and maintenance, to how to plan an itinerary for an owner trip, and what's on offer in New Zealand for crew. With the first annual event described as a success by both visiting yachts and industry, this is one to watch in the coming years.
